• To enhance understanding of good governance and human rights among Ruvuma Region
Communities for increased accountability. Within Ruvuma region society Through
Promotion of volunteering within Ruvuma Communities.
•To create sense of ownership of natural resources available in the country among Ruvuma
Region Communities so that can play their roles of protecting the resources of their nation.
• To collect, to set up a research, analyze and disseminate information in respect to key
components of peace, security and anti – corruption, confect management, good and
democratic governance economic development in Ruvuma contextual development, poverty
relationship and gender equity and equality development in traditional societies.
• To establish and improve social facilities especially schools and hospitals.
• To establish and promote various viable economic project for creation of employment
opportunities and hence poverty eradication e.g. Savings and credits co – operative societies.
• To improve infrastructures/Communication Networks e.g. feeder roads etc.
• To find marketing both local and external for various Crops – Traditional Export crops and non –
traditional crops.
• To sensitize women and under privileged groups e.g. Disable groups to take political posts.
• To raise awareness of voters especially women among rural population through political
education.
• To encourage fishing activities for communities.
• To provide development in agriculture and livestock sectors.
• To support disables elders in Ruvuma Region.
• To promote and educate environmental conservation, water and sanitation in Ruvuma region.
• To find foreign investors in the mining sectors who are willing to invest in the Region in
Collaboration with local small scale miners.
• To find markets for small miners in and outside the country.
VISSION OF NIPAA
Envisages a just and equitable society which can be contributed to, through co – ordination and
providing chance to young peoples to serve their communities by enhancing volunteerism sprint to
young people for national building.

JAMII IKIELEWA INAWEZA:
Nindai Poverty Alleviation Association (NIPAA) toka isajiliwe mwaka 2006 wameweza kufanikiwa
kufanya kazi mbalimbali katika jamii ya Mkoa wa Ruvuma hadi June 31/2012 kama zifuatavyo:
Tumeweza kuhamasisha jamii ya mtaa wa Ostrabay hususani katika eneo la Rahareo kuweza kukwaa na
kuonyesha barabara za mitaa kwa njia ya kujitolea , eneo la km 15
MBINU ZILIZOTUMIKA.
Majadiliano ya ana kwa ana na mikutano yapamoja katika wananchi wa Rahareo na viongozi wa NIPAA juu yautengenezaji na kuonyesha barabara ya mitaa katika eneo hilo
